Zhang Su, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, described the drama as an outstanding example of Beijing-Xinjiang collaboration. Through its heartfelt narrative, he said, the series "quietly nurtures a sense of community for the Chinese nation".

Zhang Yu, deputy head of Xinjiang's radio and television bureau, hailed the series as a "small but powerful" production. By weaving themes such as cultural relics protection, intangible cultural heritage and cultural tourism into everyday life, the drama vividly presents Kashgar's unique charm, he said.

The cast and crew also shared their creative experiences during the seminar.

Actress Li Landi, who plays protagonist Xia Zi, a young woman who leaves Shanghai to return to her hometown of Kashgar, recalled being deeply moved by the city's atmosphere during filming.
