Xiong'an celebrates Children's Day with child-focused initiatives, family fun

All sites, which include the Xiong'an Library, an AI chess lab, and a 500-hectare park, offer free or discounted hours for children and have signed public service pledges.

A second group of child-friendly communities — equipped with children's centers, reading rooms, childcare, and holiday tutoring services — was also announced.

Luo Zhiqin, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Xiong'an New Area, said children growing up here are fortunate and happy, and called for more social forces to join the child-friendly push.
