Cooperation in publishing celebrates 35 years

During speeches by experts and translation representatives, Liu Jian, representing The Cambridge World History series, noted that the Cambridge History series has become a crucial resource for Chinese scholars for teaching and research in world history.

Dai Weihong, representing The Cambridge History of China, shared that the translation team, mainly composed of young and mid-career scholars, worked efficiently with translators, authors and publishers, exemplifying a vibrant Sino-foreign academic community.

Yang Huaming, representing The Cambridge History of Christianity, discussed the origins and progress of the nine-volume Chinese translation project, emphasizing its international academic foundation and its significant contribution to the dialogue between Chinese and Western civilizations.
