Theophile Niyitegeka, English editor-in-chief of Rwanda's Igihe, quoted a Rwandan proverb, "Friendships deepen through interactions," saying the media should serve not only as observers but also as participants in fostering mutual understanding between China and Africa through responsible reporting and innovative cooperation.
