Delivery workers, couriers take center stage at special gala in Changsha

The gala also featured Wang Jibing, widely known as the "Delivery Poet", who spoke about taking his poems to readers in Italy earlier this year through a documentary chronicling his journey from delivery rider to published poet.

Changsha is expanding support for delivery workers by building or upgrading 2,773 rider service stations this year, offering places to rest, charge phones, drink water, and heat meals, while also improving access to education and medical services.
