Sinan Mansions records 3.2m annual visitors as cultural initiative enters second decade

Launched in 2016 by the Huangpu district authorities with 10 partner institutions, the Cultural Sinan initiative has hosted over 6,000 free public events serving more than 60 million participants over a decade, building brands, including the Sinan reading club, health academy and science fair.
The Shanghai Writers' Association took over as the 11th rotating chair of the alliance.
