More victims identified after Chongqing hillside collapse

A further 30 victims of a landslide in southwestern China's Chongqing have been identified following DNA tests on bodies and remains recovered at the site between last Thursday and Tuesday evening, said a notice released by the on-site rescue command on Tuesday night. Testing is continuing on other remains found during the search.
Specialist rescue teams have been working around the clock since the operation entered an intensive search phase, repeatedly examining the site to ensure that no areas are overlooked.
Searches of zones A and B have been completed, while operations in zones C and D have entered their final stage.
The landslide occurred in Pengshui Miao and Tujia autonomous county on July 17.
