12 killed, 39 injured in drone attack in western Russia

MOSCOW -- Twelve people were killed and 39 others injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on Nizhnekamsk in Russia's Republic of Tatarstan, local authorities announced Monday.
Both industrial and civilian facilities were targeted when Nizhnekamsk came under a massive drone attack Monday morning, according to Tatarstan head Rustam Minnikhanov's press service.
