Ambassadors tour Beijing TCM hospital, community center, Tongrentang store

Dozens of ambassadors and senior diplomats from various countries recently visited Beijing to tour a leading hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, a community service center with dedicated TCM treatment, and a flagship shop in the sector.

On Saturday, they visited Guang'anmen Hospital at the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Xihongmen Town Community Health Service Center in Daxing district, and Tongrentang Zhima Health Flagship Store in Dongcheng district. They gained first-hand insight into Beijing's achievements in inheriting and innovating TCM, as well as how TCM services deliver tangible benefits to local people.

The Foreign Affairs Office of the Beijing Party Committee, the Beijing Health Commission, and the Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine co-hosted the event.
