Explore Xuyi, China's crayfish capital

Over 2 million visitors traveled to Keijie Street in Xuyi county in Huai'an, Jiangsu province last year. They came not for scenic views, but for its crayfish dish. Known as China's crayfish capital, Xuyi has turned this humble crustacean into a year-round delicacy.
