Development story must be told: Peruvian media chief

Felix Paz, editor-in-chief of Andina, Peru's state news agency, said at the Asia-Pacific Media High-Level Forum that "openness, innovation and cooperation" are not only the three priority areas of APEC's "China Year", but can also chart the course for the future development of the media. Paz said that the future of the Asia-Pacific region calls for more than infrastructure, trade, technology and investment — it also needs the media to build bridges through communication and to tell the story of common development.
