Pingyao Film Festival announces two jury presidents

Chatrian, born in Turin in 1971, began as a film critic before becoming a prominent festival programmer and curator. He served as artistic director of the Locarno Film Festival from 2013 to 2018 and the Berlin International Film Festival from 2020 to 2024, and has served on juries at major festivals including Sundance, Toronto and Tokyo.
The 10th Pingyao festival will continue its focus on discovering emerging filmmakers and fostering dialogue between Chinese and international cinema.
