What does China's people-centered governance mean for Global South?

From Sept 7 to 20, over 30 officials from Global South countries visited China for a training program exploring its development model. During a stop at Shanghai's Yangpu riverside, delegates praised China's people-centered governance, noting that these practical experiences offer valuable, replicable lessons for advancing international development and strengthening bilateral cooperation.
