A 'Jasmine Flower' in British harmonies for each other, and for horizons afar

On Sept 17, China Daily's Vision China event was held in London, bringing together guests from various sectors in China and Europe to share their insights. Under the theme "Listen to Each Other, Open New Horizons", the event sought to advance China-Europe friendship and foster exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations. At the event, British vocal ensemble The King's Singers performed the classic Chinese folk song Jasmine Flower a cappella. The familiar Chinese melody took on a distinctive charm through the interweaving of six voices, creating a musical encounter and resonance between Chinese and British cultures.
