12 injured in road accident in S. Egypt

CAIRO - At least 12 people, including nine Chinese citizens, were injured in a road accident in Egypt's southern Aswan Governorate, local authorities and the Chinese Embassy in Egypt said Thursday.
A minibus collided with a tourist bus on the Aswan-Abu Simbel road, causing the injuries, the embassy said.
Authorities have transferred the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The Aswan Governorate said in a statement that the injured included nine Chinese nationals and three Egyptians, adding Aswan Governor Amr Lashin has ordered Aswan Specialized Hospital to provide full medical care to those injured.
