"The new training center is expected to offer specialized home service training to 8,000 people or more annually," Jiang said.
Under a collaborative model, the center is supported by the government, built and operated by the enterprise, and open to the public. It aims to become a platform that combines skill training, employment promotion and industry demonstration for cultivating housekeeping talent, so as to contribute to the home service professional skills upgrade and high-quality employment.
More than 200,000 training sessions were held nationwide via JD's home service training bases on an annual basis, creating 100,000 job opportunities every year.
