BEIJING -- China's Zhengzhou Nissan Auto Company will recall 251 defective Succe 1.6L automobiles, according to a circular released on Oct 10 by the country's quality watchdog.
The cars that will be recalled were produced between July 16 and Sept 2 this year, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) said in the circular.
The circular said the rear axles of the vehicles may be improperly welded and present a safety hazard. The company will replace the defective rear axles free of charge.
