The China Internet Conference 2013 has kicked off in Beijing. More than two hundred leaders around the globe have gathered in China's capital to discuss the future of the world wide web.
This year's conference will last for three days, focusing on some of the most heated issues in the net space- mobile internet, big data, internet finance are all on the agenda. Altogether there are 17 sub-forums, including a summit on internet finance, the Big Data development forum was added this year.
CEOs from almost all the major Chinese IT giants, and leaders from Microsoft, SAP, Evernote and SONY are attending this event. They are joined by government officials here, telecom leaders, bankers and investors, to give an in-depth discussion on the future of the internet businesses.
