Shandong's signature food leaves global marks

Shandong Jianbing, a taco-like snack made from wheat, corn, sorghum and millet, is one of signature food in Shandong province. This traditional snack took root in the province over a thousand years ago. For many people from Shandong, Jianbing means a taste of home.
