Porsche China sales increase 27% in Nov
Updated: 2013-12-11 17:19Porsche AG says sales in China rose 27 percent year-on-year in November to 3,707 units.
In the first 11 months, Volkswagen's sports-car brand sold 34,113 units, up nearly 17 percent.
The Porsche Cayenne crossover has been a hot seller in China and the company will expand its crossover lineup when the Macan debuts next year.
Porsche expects China to become its biggest market next year, surpassing the United States. To make that happen, Porsche plans to double the number of dealerships in the country to 100 within a year or two, up from 56 as of September.
