2009 Chinese Green Food Exhibition opens in Yantai

The 2009 Chinese Green Food Exhibition opened in eastern Shandong province's Yantai on October 23.

The exhibition boasts more than 1,400 booths. Over 1,000 purchasers and more than 20 foreign agricultural officers took part in the great event, making this year's exhibition the biggest ever.

A series of activities are scheduled to be held during this exhibition, including special discounts, an International seminar on "organic food, green food, modern agriculture and sustainable agricultural development", an Economic Match-Maker Forum and some networking activities.

Founded in 1990, Chinese Green Food Exhibition has become the largest, the most authoritative and most professional green food market in China.
