Talent introduction for marine economy

BEIJING - As the marine economy booms in China, the country plans to introduce 87 marine talents studying abroad this year and another 100 marine talents with doctorate degrees studying abroad before 2015.
The State Oceanic Administration, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Chinese Academy of Sciences issued the Medium- and Long-term Plan for the Development of China’s Marine Talents 2010-2020 in August.
