Xinhua Daily, based in Jiangsu province, leant its support to a statement of the China Consumers' Association (CCA), which criticized Apple's after-sales service policy. Professor Li Yougen of Nanjing University said CCA made the right move since individual customers are not capable of fighting against giant companies to protect their own rights. CCA said some clauses in the repair policy violate Chinese laws and regulations. |
