Shopping cards for Teacher's Day gifts are hotly sold on e-commerce websites, such as Jingdong Mall and online grocery Yihaodian, Beijing Times reported. Some experts criticized the phenomenon and called for reshaping the conduct between students and teachers.

Hangzhou Library's permission to allow beggars and vagrants to read and rest inside if they clean their hands is hotly discussed by Sina Weibo. The library head Chu Shuqing said he wished people would learn "all were created equal".

An explosion killed two people and injured 17, including 10 students near a primary school in Guilin, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Monday morning, Xinhua News Agency reported.
