Jackie Chan's Int'l Stunt Park settles in Tianjin

Shanghai-based Greenland Group signed a deal with kung fu star Jackie Chan and his stunt team to develop an international stunt park in Jixian, Tianjin.

The project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($164 million), covers an area of 330,000 square meters and will be located in the Panshan Mountain scenic area in Jixian county.

The park, as Jackie Chan stunt team's largest training center, is a new trial for Greenland Group to expand its business into real estate project themed on culture sector.

Greenland Group, which was listed in Hong Kong in August, will see its total assets exceed 300 billion yuan this year, with the compound annual growth rate exceeding 40 percent. The company's revenue will grow to 400 billion yuan next year and 500 billion yuan in 2015, according to the company's top management.

The company's overseas business has contributed 3 billion yuan to the group this year, covering 11 overseas cities in four continents and seven countries.
