A solo photograph exhibition featuring traditional architecture of Lingnan, South China's Guangdong province, is being held in Foshan, in the heart of the Pearl River Delta.

Photos being exhibited at the Foshan Lingnan Tiandi Complex were taken by former Miss Hong Kong Loletta Chu, who is now actively engaged in charity programs.

It was the second time that Chu has organized her photography exhibitions in Foshan, a city known for its preservation of ancient Lingnan-style architecture.

"I was deeply impressed by the traditional buildings when I came to Foshan several years ago. The photos being exhibited depict the Lingnan culture," Chu said.

There are 22 relic protection sites, 128 historic buildings and eight ancient streets around the Lingnan Tiandi Complex.

Chu began shooting photos in 1994. She jointly organized a photograph exhibition with Chen Shaowen in 2013 in Foshan.
