The exhibition Colorful Guizhou consists of more than 100 paintings and sculptures that trace the development of art in Guizhou province over the past six decades. The show includes dozens of pieces by artists such as Wu Guanzhoung, Pang Xunqin and Shen Yaoyi which are from the collections of top State museums, as well as works from established painters who have developed innovative ways to portray ethnic groups, a motif of Guizhou-related art. The exhibition is currently at the National Art Museum of China and runs through May 4.
