Yang Yimo, an artist from Tieling, Liaoning province, is holding his retrospective solo show of finger paintings at National Art Museum of China in Beijing.
The exhibition presents more than 80 of his ink figure paintings, landscapes and calligraphic works.
For years, Yang has tried to revive the tradition of finger painting, a rare genre that has the artist's fingers substituting for a brush to paint and write on rice paper.
