Zago plays in open market

Audiences who missed the performances by the group Zago at the opening of Shanghai French Week on Oct 15 can visit the temporary open market at Yandang Road to enjoy its music this weekend. Their music combines jazz, rock, French songs and Balkan music with melodies from 1930's Shanghai. The Zagos is a family band: Zago Dad specializes in a variety of wind instruments, while the son and nephew play stringed instruments, percussion and keyboard.
