The Taiwan Philharmonic Symphony was founded in 1986 and is now recognized as one of the best orchestras in Asia. The symphony will tour cities in the Chinese mainland, including Shanghai, Beijing and Hangzhou. The concert program in Shanghai will include Romeo and Juliet overture-fantasy by Tchaikovsky and Violin Concerto in A Minor by Alexander Glazunov, featuring violinist Joseph Lin.
