Kelun Pharmaceutical Research Institute thrives in Chengdu

Originally founded as a subsidiary of the Kelun Group in 1998, Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Research Institute settled in Chengdu Medical City in June 2013.

Over the past four years, the institute has taken advantage of the location to become a key organization with four branches globally, exerting great influence on pharmaceutical research.

Chen Deguang, vice-president of Kelun Pharmaceutical Research Institute, hopes that Chengdu Medical City will continue to provide policies to induce talent meeting the company’s needs for qualified employees.

Chen expressed his gratitude in an interview on April 26, thanking the government for its prompt demolition of houses, which enabled the construction of a bio-pharmaceutical industrial base. “In return, Kelun Pharmaceutical Research Institute will take initiative to help promote the integration of medical science, medical treatment and medicine production in Chengdu Medical City,” said Chen.
