Yao Liyun teaches a new employee at a business incubator in Gutian, Fujian province, Sept 18. Nearly 30 small and medium-sized companies have settled in the incubator, and about 70 percent are college graduates and Gutian natives. Yao has a doctorate from the University of Manchester in the UK, and three years of overseas working experience in online business. She came back to her hometown in 2013 to promote online business.
