The Athletes’ Village of the first National Youth Games is officially inaugurated in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province, Oct 8. The village takes up an area of about 17 hectares near the Haixia Olympic Sports Center in Cangshan district, and consists of 22 apartment buildings with more than 1,500 private rooms accommodating about 6,000 athletes.
