Yang Yisheng met with Ecuadorian Vice President

Yang Yisheng, Party Secretary of CGGC International, met with Ecuadorian Vice President Jorge Glas in Beijing on January 23.

During the talk, Mr. Yang told his guest about the latest progress of the projects currently being constructed by CGGC in Ecuador and exchanged views with the Vice President on the prospect of CGGC investment in Ecuador in such fields as cement and civilian explosives. They also discussed CGGC International’s further business development in the South American country.

Vice President Glas thanked CGGC for its important contributions to Ecuador's economic development, saying that his country, which is now in a period of strategic opportunities and has been constantly deepening cooperation with China over the past few years, welcomes Chinese companies’investment in Ecuador.

He expressed his hope that CGGC will further expand its financing and investment channels, strengthen its cooperation with Ecuador and play an even bigger role in Ecuadorian social and economic development to benefit more local people.
