In India, women should marry before 23 or 24 and men between 27 and 29. In most cases it is arranged by parents. The number of women over 30 remaining single is growing in India. But they may not get due social respect. Also after 60, it is difficult for single women in India. However, there are many women achievers who live as 'single'.
