Everyday I need to visit and revisit a lot of potential customers, only a small proportion of whom really want to purchase a house. Of course, I have experienced a lot of embarrassing but funny moments. Some clients have a bias about sales people, especially a saleswoman. They tend to assume that I may cheat them out of their money, some of them may even speak offensively. Fortunately, some nice clients understand and encourage us to go ahead.
