Would you help adult children buy a home?

I think it is ok for parents to help their kids with buying a home. However, it should be a loan contract, as a written agreement that the kids will pay back the loan. Kids should not be forever in their parents' pocket. Help the kids to grow up, not keep them dependent forever.
