The Sanmenxia Swan Lake National Urban Wetland Park has released a new policy stating that visitors must swipe their ID card when entering the park, according to the administrative office.

In order to protect the white swans' habitat, the Sanmenxia Yellow River Wetland Administrative Office is limiting the number of visitors to the park to 18,000. Local residents can swipe their ID card to have a tour in the park while visitors from out-of-town will have to make an appointment online or on-the-spot. The specific steps are expected to be released shortly.
