The first periodical recording the progress being made in Beijing's preparations for the Olympic Games - Beijing 2008 - was officially issued in Beijing recently.
A total of nine calligraphic pieces won the award of excellence in a campaign calling for calligraphic and poster creations on the theme slogan of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
