Gold 680,000 yuan phone lost, and found
A Vertu telephone, decorated with a gold shell, more than 800 diamonds and worth an estimated 680,000 yuan ($ 110,791) was returned to its owner after being lost at an airport in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on Saturday.
The phone's owner, a local businessman surnamed Lin, said he lost the phone while busy rescheduling a ticket on another phone.
The police found on a surveillance video that the phone was picked up by a woman. Officers tracked her to a village nearby where the phone was located and returned. Lin offered to reward the police 10,000 yuan, but was declined.
