Batman may not be the only upholder of justice who uses a zip-line. These Chinese judges also have to fly through the air to fulfill their public duties.

The two officials, members of a five-person local court, ride a zip-line while clutching the national emblem, on their more than 70-kilometer journey to Taoyuan village, which is located more than 1,200 meters above sea level in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality. They are going there to set up a temporary court to solve a civil dispute on March 9, chinanews.com reported.

The third people's court in Fengjie county manages judicial affairs for a total of 108,000 residents in five townships on in accessible mountains, canyons and streams, requiring zip-lines between them for transportation.
