This pair of porcelain swans (duplication) was a masterpiece by famous American sculpture Edward Marshall Boehm. President Richard Nixon gave it to Chairman Mao Zedong in 1972 when he first visited China.

On the eve of the 60th anniversary of People’s Republic of China, this exhibition provides a special angle to reflect on China’s 60 years of splendid diplomatic history.
