棉花糖 mián huā táng
Cotton candy
Heat cane sugar in a swinging round machine, and then use a stick to collect the spinning lines of sugar that form into a ball. A small amount of sugar can generate a head-size cotton candy. It looks like a stick of cotton, which is how it got its name.
