The Danish restaurant Noma was named 'The World's best restaurant' when the British Restaurant Magazine announced its annual top 50 restaurants in the world on April 26. Noma beat the last four year's winner: the Spanish restaurant El Bulli, and last year's number 2: The Fat Duck in the UK. Noma, located in the center of Copenhagen, has specialized in the nordic cuisine, using local ingredients only.
