New Jersey celebrated a special day at William Paterson University on July 20 as it hosted the Investment and Trade Symposium with Zhejiang province. A Chinese delegation, consisting of more than 100 Zhejiang companies, met with over 200 New Jersey businesses to promote trade and encourage capital investment and joint business ventures. The meeting was held to foster a spirit of continued cooperation between Zhejiang province and the state of New Jersey. Zhao Hongzhu, the secretary of Zhejiang province, spoke highly of the symposium, which has enhanced the economic relationship between New Jersey busnisses and those in Zhejiang province.
