During the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra's November tour in China, the musicians visited migrant children in Beijing as goodwill ambassadors of the United Nations Children's Fund, or the UNICEF. Fifty migrant children were invited to the visit the orchestra’s open rehearsal at the National Performing Arts Center. Musicians and NGO representatives talked about what they are doing to help migrant children.
