Kempinski Hotels' general managers took on extra responsibility Saturday to seek potential talents for their company's future.
Reto Wittwer, president and CEO of Kempinski, along with the general managers in China and other regions came to meet the interviewees face-to-face at the second Kempinski Career Day in Beijing.
The event offered positions ranged from entry-level jobs to middle and senior management positions. Over 400 applicants, including recent graduates and professionals, attended the event.
The hotel developed an application for the interviewers to expedite the interview process and had iPads available for use.
In 2011, Kempinski hosted its first Career Day in Munich. It became a global event a year later in Beijing. Kempinski will also arrange Career Day in the Middle East later this year.
