Today, media have already developed in a variety of ways. So, how about the future media? Will it be more diverse?
As far as I am concerned, future media will continue developing "we media" which operate in the form of microblog, qzone, facebook, twitter and other social network forms.
Someone said that "we media" is the grassroots journalism by the people, for the people. Exactly. people are free to express themselves, and everyone can be the producer and disseminator of information. Also, people are able to distinguish information instead of accepting the same voice from the main media.
However, "we media" has some shortcomings, such as the randomness and lack of information reliability. Consequently, the calling of a more professional media team is undisputed. Future professional media will catch up with the development of technology, improving as a whole, and they will establish a network to share information.
To make the fruitful pages to readers, they also have a complete procedure of creating information. But the format will be more flexible, for example, reporters can be not only the first-hand information collector but slao a disseminator. Since the wiretapping affair of News of the World had taken a toll on the media sector, media are required to stick to their professional rules and be more self-disciplined.
Future media wil also benefit a lot from the rise of digital media technology. Television, cell phone and Internet will be the main media to make information more availale to everyone regardless of the situation. Especially, the cell phone will be the main character to spread the information more efficiently.
