Intangible cultural heritage: lacquer thread sculpture in Xiamen

Photo taken on Aug 4, 2017 shows part of a lacquer thread sculpture, Xiamen, Southeast China's Fujian province. Lacquer thread sculpture is an art in Southeast China which uses well-tempered lacquer threads to build decorative patterns. Originated in the mid-17th century, lacquer thread sculpture is listed as one of China's national intangible cultural heritages. [Photo/Xinhua]
