Top 10 Asia's most valuable companies in 2017

Twenty-six companies from the Chinese mainland were listed among Asia's top 50 most valuable companies by the end of 2017, according to Nikkei.
Well-known Chinese company Tencent took the crown on the list, with a market value of $493.34 billion, followed by Alibaba and Samsung.
The Nikkei said the market value of Asia's companies increased 28 percent from a year earlier, to reach $25.74 trillion by the end of 2017. The size accounted for 31.8 percent of the global total.
